PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED AGAINST MAKING A PERSONAL DECISION NOT TO ATTEND AN EVENT OR AS A RESULT OF A GOVERNMENT BAN ON TRAVEL DUE TO THE OUTBREAK OF CORONAVIRUS.
IF THE EVENT YOU ARE DUE TO ATTEND HAS BEEN CANCELLED OR POSTPONED PLEASE CONTACT THE TICKET SELLER DIRECTLY FOR INFORMATION REGARDING THE RESCHEDULING OF THE EVENT OR FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

The ticketholder (the person who has purchased Booking Refund Protection) must answer all questions below. Please answer all questions clearly and concisely to avoid misunderstanding or delay.

Data Protection Notification
TicketPlan Limited ("We”, "us’, "our’) may transfer your own and any applicable persons’ information (including sensitive personal data) to third parties for the purpose of Booking Refund Protection. If we do this we will ensure that anyone to whom we pass it provides an adequate level of protection. We and our third parties may also receive such information relating to you and any member of a group due to attend an event with the ticketholder from the booking vendor for the purpose of Booking Refund Protection. By proceeding with an application for a refund it will signify your own and any group members’ consent to such information being processed by us and such third parties.
Information (including sensitive personal data) you and/or any group members supply in applying for a refund may be shared with and used by our refund administrators, the booking vendors’ insurers, their associated companies and agents and the booking vendor. It may be disclosed to regulatory bodies for the purposes of monitoring and/or enforcing the insurers’ compliance with any regulatory rules/codes. Such information may also be used for research and statistical purposes and crime prevention. Such information may be transferred to any country, including countries outside the European Economic Area for any of these purposes and for systems administration.
If you and/or any group members give us information (including sensitive personal data) about another person when applying for a refund, in doing so you confirm that they have given permission to provide it to us and for us to be able to process their personal data (including any sensitive personal data) and that you and/or any group members have told them who we are and what we will use their data for as set out in this notice.
In assessing any refunds, Third Parties, such as Fraud Investigators may undertake checks against publicly available information (such as electoral roll, county court judgments, bankruptcy orders or repossessions). Information (including sensitive personal data) may also be shared with other insurers either directly or via those acting for the insurer (such as fraud investigators).
If you and/or any group members want us to remove any personal information from our records please write to us at TicketPlan Ltd, Leigh House, Broadway West, Leigh On Sea, Essex, SS9 2DD. We will make all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records if it is appropriate in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
