Ticket Buyers
If you need to apply for a refund, please either:
| a) | Download a TicketPlan Refund Application Form or |
| b) | Call our helpline on 0870 950 1119 and we can either e-mail or post a Refund Application Form to you. |
The Refund Application Form must be carefully completed and forwarded to the TicketPlan Refunds Team as soon as possible at the address highlighted on the form - together with the supporting documentation requested, including any unused tickets.
