TicketPlan provides protection to ticket purchasers in respect of cancellation arising from specified unforeseen events.

Those customers wishing to avail themselves of Ticket Cancellation Protection are supplied with a Summary of Cover document together with confirmation issued by the Box Office or Ticketing Agent to confirm that TicketPlan Protection has been purchased.

TicketPlan has a dedicated Help Line in order to facilitate the initial reporting of a cancellation.
