Claims Guidance:

Reporting claims

Claims should be notified within 24 hrs, by contacting the TicketPlan Helpline on the following:

Alternatively you can notify us by email claims@ticketplangroup.com confirming :

Name and address

Contact number

Date of event

Circumstances necessitating cancellation

Number of tickets and value

Claim form

You can request a Claim Form by phone or email.

Alternatively, having notified TicketPlan of the claim (see above) you can download a Claim Form for completion (see below link).

The Claim Form must be carefully completed and forwarded to Allianz Insurance at the address highlighted on the form together with the supporting documentation requested (including unused tickets).
